Tbilisi Juice Concentrate Store LLC processes approximately 50,000 tons of Georgian fruits annually in its two company plants: Iberia Food Company and Iberia Orbis Tsitrusi LLC. The fruits include: tangerines (mandarins), oranges, apples, cherries, grapes, lemons, plums, tomatoes, feijoa, pomegranates, etc.
Thanks to their modern equipment, both plants offer high-quality products intended to serve the demands of: juice and drink bottlers, dairy and ice-cream manufacturers, jam producers, supermarket chains, and companies belonging to the HoReCa sector.
The main products are juices, concentrates, purees, blends and bases for beverages, bottled juices (private label and own-branded), canned fruits, fruit preparations, etc.
Tbilisi Juice Concentrate Store LLC also produces organic products and owns bottling lines for private label products.
NFC JUICES CONCENTRATES AND PUREES
Tbilisi Juice Concentrate Store LLC produces a wide range of juices, concentrates, and purees. NFC (Not From Concentrate) juices are premium-quality juices, extracted from the fruit mainly by squeezing and retaining the water content. They are the closest match to freshly squeezed juice, retaining most of the vitamins, minerals, and flavors of the fruits.
Concentrated juices are obtained by removing the water content of the juice through evaporation, thus offering advantages in storage and preservation.
Fruit purees refer to mashed fruits from which the skin and seeds have been removed, while retaining their initial taste and mouthfeel. They are ideal for the production of beverages and smoothies.
Moreover, Tbilisi Juice Concentrate Store LLC produces cloudy, clarified, and deionized juices.
