Each one carries its own character, history, and rhythm, shaping wines that cannot be replicated elsewhere.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ubatono: One Without a Master<\/strong><br><br>The name Ubatono comes from ancient Georgian symbolism and means \u201cone without a master.\u201d It represents freedom, independence, and self-ownership \u2014 values deeply rooted in Georgian culture.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mounted archer featured in the logo, inspired by 5th-century stone reliefs from Bolnisi Sioni, symbolizes the guardian of the land \u2014 a figure who protects tradition, honors craftsmanship, and takes responsibility for the fruit of his work.
